Why bother

Because it's probably not the problem you think it is.

Most experts who feel invisible assume they need more marketing. Usually they don't. Usually one specific thing is broken, and everything downstream of it is wasted effort.

You can't fix your visibility if your message isn't clear. You can't write a book if you haven't named your method. And a brilliant book does nothing at all if there's no system behind it to catch the people who read it.

The scorecard finds the broken link. Then you fix that one, in order, instead of doing everything at once and wondering why nothing moved.

What it measures

The five things that make an expert visible.

MESSAGE
Is there one idea you're known for? If three clients described what you do, would they say the same thing?
METHOD
Do you have a way of working you can teach? Could a client draw your process from memory? If it's in your head but never been named, that's the most common gap of the five, and the most fixable.
MANUSCRIPT
Is it written down and in people's hands? Can someone read your thinking before they meet you?
MACHINE
Does it bring you work while you sleep? Or does every enquiry still start with you chasing someone?
MOMENTUM
Is it compounding? Are you being invited in, raising fees, turning work away?

Eight questions each. All yes or no. Nothing you need to look up. If you can't answer from memory, the answer is no.

What you get back

A score, a diagnosis, and what to do first.

0-55%
Best-Kept Secret
Excellent at the work, and well regarded by those who know you. But outside your client list, almost nobody knows you exist.
56-79%
Rising Authority
People are starting to find you. The pieces are coming together, but the system underneath is still patchy.
80-100%
Known Authority
Opportunities come to you. Your job now is compounding what you've built, not building it from scratch.

Fair warning

We publish business books for coaches and consultants. That's our business, and you should know that before you start.

But the scorecard isn't a disguised sales pitch. Roughly half the people who take it don't need a book, they need to fix their message or their follow-up system first, and we'll say so in the report.

If a book is the answer for you, we'll tell you that too, and you can decide what to do about it. No call is scheduled automatically. Nobody rings you unless you ask.

Four minutes. Then you'll know.

Most people finish it faster than they finish a coffee, and find out something about their business they'd been avoiding.
